As with an ordinary city tour, the hop on hop off bus visits all the historical, cultural and architectural sights of the city. The special thing about this principle is that you can get on and off at the various stops free of charge.
Our tour is especially suitable for families with children. Children up to 6 years ride with us free of charge. We also offer family tickets. We are the only provider of city tours with a special audio guide for children – here our little guest can get exciting insights into facts, figures and data of our vibrant city in a child-friendly way. Yes, take advantage of our extra offer for school classes from 15 euros per person! The minimum group size is 10 people. The school price also applies to up to two accompanying adults for every 10 pupils. Please enter the name of the school or educational institution under "Company" when booking. Unfortunately, we do not offer such tours. However, you can book various guided bike tours through our partner FREE BERLIN. Simply enter the discount code CITYCIRCLE5 when booking with FREE BERLIN to receive a €5 discount on your booking.

At City Circle, you can always count on a modern and comfortable fleet. Our fleet consists exclusively of modern Mercedes-Benz and MAN buses, all of which are Euro 6 compliant.

You have questions about your booking?

One booking holds a maximum of 10 people. In case your group size exceeds this maximum number per booking, you will need to make multiple bookings. 

You can easily pay in the online shop with a credit card or PayPal. You can pay cash or by credit card at our local street vendors.

Your ticket is valid for the selected period (24h/48h/72h) from the time it is activated by our on-site staff.

With a 24-hour ticket you can, for example, travel from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., or from 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. during our operating hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You can cancel your online voucher free of charge up to 24 hours before the selected travel date. Simply write an email to info@city-circle.de
If you have a Berlin Welcome Card or Berlin City Tour Card, you get a discount on our Best of Berlin Tour. You can buy your discounted ticket for example from our vendors on the street, directly on the bus or in our ticket store at Kurfürstendamm. You can also redeem your Berlin Welcome Card all inclusive here.

If you book online, you will receive a voucher by e-mail. You do NOT need to print this out. You can simply show it on your smartphone for scanning at the start of your tour - then you will receive your paper ticket with the corresponding validity (24/48/72h).

Please always redeem the online combination ticket for bus + boat at the City Circle Bus first! Unfortunately, the online ticket cannot be redeemed directly at the boat pier for technical reasons.

This is of course unfortunate! There may be several reasons for it. Please check your spam folder first. Perhaps our e-mail has slipped in there by mistake.

Another reason could be that you have accidentally entered an incorrect e-mail address. In this case, please contact our customer service.

No problem, mistakes can happen. If you have entered an incorrect e-mail address, simply contact our customer service. You will receive help quickly.

If time is short, you can make a second booking. Our customer service will then refund the double booking after checking your details.

Our sightseeing buses run every 20 to 25 minutes (exact frequency depends on the season and day of the week, for more information please contact our staff on site).

You can recognize our beautiful yellow buses with the pink lettering on the City Circle logo in the front area and the Gray Line logo on the rear.
You can start at any of our stopping points. An overview of all stopping points you get here. There you will find the exact address for each stop. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to put up stop signs for city tours in Berlin.
Here you will find a link to the next stop. Due to Berlin regulations, we are unfortunately not allowed to put up signs at our bus stops. You can also use our flyer to find your way around. If you don't have one yet, you can download one here .

You can choose between the following languages on the bus:

DEU, ENG, FRE, ESP, SWE, DAN, ITA, RUS, NLD, TUR, ZHO, POL, HEB, POR, ARA, HIN, IND, JAP, KOR, UKR

In addition, our children's channel is available in German and English. Select in the bus: KID/KIE

Dogs are permitted as long as the animal does not occupy a seat and does not pose any danger or other impairment to other passengers. In individual cases, the bus driver can refuse to take the dog with you for security reasons.
We have one wheelchair space per bus that can be accessed via a ramp. Unfortunately, a reservation is not possible.

As long as their is no heavy storm our tours still run even in bad weather. Our busses simply drive with a closed roof so that you can still enjoy your tour.
