2.1. at graylineberlin.com, city-tour-berlin.de, city-circle.de or shop.graylineberlin.com and bvb.net, online tickets for sightseeing tours in Berlin and day trips can be booked. By placing the respective ticket offer on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions stated in the offer description. The Online Tickets will be sent together with an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the purchaser. The online tickets entitle the holder to participate in the booked city tour or day trip. However, the online voucher for the City Circle Tour must be exchanged for an original ticket at the bus before the start of the journey.
2.2 The contract is concluded with the payment of the ticket price. This requires the successful completion of the payment module. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

3.3 Any credit for exchanged or refunded Online Tickets shall be made exclusively to the account specified by the Customer when placing the order, or to the Customer's credit card account if payment is made by credit card.

5 Cancellation and termination by the tour operator
5.1 The tour operator can terminate the contract after the start of the tour without observing a period of notice if the traveller persistently disturbs the implementation of the contract despite a warning or if he behaves in such a way contrary to the contract that the immediate termination of the contract is justified. If the tour operator terminates the contract, it shall be entitled to the total price, but must take into account the value of saved expenses as well as any advantages gained from using the travel service for other purposes, including any amounts credited by the service providers.
5.2 The tour operator can terminate the travel contract if the minimum number of participants specified in the relevant travel advertisement is not reached. As soon as it is clear that the tour will not be carried out because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, the tour operator is obliged to inform the traveller immediately, in the case of day trips up to 15 days before the start of the tour. The traveller will immediately be reimbursed in full for any payments already made. Further claims are excluded.

6.3 The exclusive applicability of German law is agreed. The place of jurisdiction and performance for all claims is Berlin.
