Der Weihnachtsmarkt an der Spree ist vom 17. November bis 30. Dezember 2025 geöffnet und überzeugt mit seinem Komplettpaket – Speisen, Getränke und Aktivitäten inklusive.

2. Weihnachtsmarkt an der Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtnis-Kirche
Der Weihnachtsmarkt an der Gedächtniskirche ist vom 24. November 2025 bis 4. Januar 2026 geöffnet und erstrahlt in einem 400 Meter langen Lichterteppich über dem Weihnachtsmarkt, direkt am Kudamm.

3. Weihnachtsmarkt auf dem Alexanderplatz
Der Weihnachtsmarkt auf dem Alexanderplatz ist vom 24. November – 26. Dezember 2025 geöffnet und beeindruckt mit der größten Erzgebirgs-Pyramide Europas, einer Eislaufbahn und dem Partyhaus des Nikolaus.

4. Winterwelt und Weihnachtsmarkt am Potsdamer Platz
Der Weihnachtsmarkt am Potsdamer Platz ist vom 31. Oktober 2025 bis 31. Dezember 2025 geöffnet. Das absolute Highlight ist die größte Rodelbahn Europas.

5. WeihnachtsZauber am Gendarmenmarkt
Der Weihnachtsmarkt am Gendarmenmarkt ist vom 24. November bis 31. Dezember 2025 geöffnet und findet ab diesem Jahr wieder auf dem Genadarmenmarkt statt und nicht mehr auf dem Bebelplatz. Du erlebst den WeihnachtsZauber auf dem Gendarmenmarkt mit Gourmet-Gastronomie und täglichem Kulturprogramm.

Friday and Saturday: 12 - 11pm

Der Weihnachtsmarkt auf dem Uber-Platz ist vom 14. November 2025 bis 04. Januar 2025 geöffnet.

7. Heissa Holzmarkt Berlin
Der Weihnachtsmarkt „Heissa Holzmarkt“ ist vom 14. November bis 21. Dezember 2025 geöffnet. Das gemütlich-schrägste Winteruniversum der Stadt überzeugt mit Programm für Klein und Groß, kulinarischen Leckerbissen und einem Retrokarussell von 1961.

8. Wintermarkt auf dem Schlossplatz (am Humboldt Forum)
Der Wintermarkt am Humboldt Forum ist vom 24. November 2025 bis 1. Januar 2026 geöffnet. In Berlin Mitte leuchten die Fassaden und aufwendig produzierte Animationen, wie beim Festival of Lights.

9. LGBTQIA Winterdays und Christmas Avenue
Berlins queerster Weihnachtsmarkt befindet sich am Nollendorfplatz und ist vom 4. November bis 23. Dezember 2025 geöffnet. Hier kannst du kulinarische Vielfalt, Glühwein-Variationen und abwechslungsreiche Unterhaltung der LGBTQIA-Community genießen.

10. Weihnachtsmarkt am Roten Rathaus
Der Weihnachtsmarkt am Roten Rathaus ist vom 24. November bis 30. Dezember 2025 geöffnet. Die Highlights sind das 50 Meter hohe Riesenrad – das Wahrzeichen des Münchner Oktoberfests, die einzige runde Eisbahn und der Mittelaltermarkt rund um die St. Marienkirche.

Die meisten Weihnachtsmärkte in Berlin beginnen schon Ende November. Dann hast du in der Regel bis Ende Dezember 2025 oder Anfang Januar 2026 Zeit, deinen Weihnachtsmarktbesuch so richtig zu genießen.
This is different for every Christmas market. Some Berlin Christmas markets start in the morning, while others only open in the late afternoon. Just take a look at our overview page for more detailed information on the Christmas markets in Berlin!
You can actually visit a nice Christmas market in quite a few districts. From Charlottenburg to Friedrichshain to Berlin Mitte, everything is there. However, you will find most Christmas markets in Mitte. Many Christmas markets are located directly on the route of our Best of Berlin Tour.
Normally, a visit to a Christmas market is free of charge, but there are exceptions.
If you're planning to visit a Christmas market, there are a few things you should definitely try. A good Christmas market visit definitely includes mulled wine. You can also look forward to baked apples, roasted almonds, candied apples and crêpes.
The Christmas market at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Potsdamer Platz and the winter market at Schlossplatz are open until the beginning of January. You can find more detailed information on our overview pages.
