A particularly popular Christmas market once again this year: WeihnachtsZauber am Gendarmenmarkt will take place on Bebelplatz from 25 November to 31 December 2024. The Berlin State Opera serves as an impressive setting for the Berliner WeihnachtsZauber. In addition to the traditional top gastronomy, there are numerous huts with traditional handicrafts and heated tents. If you are in Berlin in winter, you should definitely not miss the Christmas Magic on Bebelplatz.

If you want to reach the Christmas market at Gendarmenmarkt by public transport, simply take the U6 underground line and get off at the "Unter den Linden" stop. Alternatively, you can also take the U5 underground line and get off at the "Museumsinsel" stop. Both stations are in the immediate vicinity of Bebelplatz.
Yes, that's it! You can visit the Christmas market on Christmas Eve from 12pm to 6pm. On New Year's Eve it is open from 1pm to 12am.
