You can get your normal Best of Berlin boarding pass and your boat ticket on our buses! Simply show your ticket, which you received by email, on the bus or to our sales team. Our staff will then issue your boarding pass.
However, it is particularly important that you first redeem your boarding pass on the bus before you start your boat trip. This cannot be done on the ship itself.
You will find the jetties where you can start your boat tour near stops 18 and 20. You will find more information about the location of the jetty on your boarding pass or on our Flyer.
You should allow about an hour for the boat trip with our partner Stern & Kreis. So expect a total of 3.5 hours if you want to experience your Best of Berlin Tour and your boat trip in one day.
A restricted timetable applies in winter. Please enquire directly at Stern+Kreis.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can only take the boat trip once during the validity of your ticket.
