  • 1. Buy your ticket

    If you haven't bought your ticket yet, grab it now and secure your ticket for a city tour (don't forget your online discount code). The choice is yours: tickets are available with a validity of 24h, 48h, and 72h. Of course, the ticket validity only begins when you first board the bus.

  • 2. Get your ticket

    You will then receive an order confirmation/invoice and, of course, your ticket by e-mail.

  • 3. Save or print

    Now you can either save the ticket on your mobile phone or simply print it out at home.

  • 4. Select start point

    Do you have your ticket ready? Great! Explore our stop overview to pinpoint your perfect starting point for the tour. Our buses run in a continuous loop throughout the day, allowing you the flexibility to hop on and off at any of our 20 stops whenever suits you.

  • 5. Go to start point

    Once you have chosen your stop, simply wait there for the next bus. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to mark our stops with signs. Our yellow-clad sales staff on the street will help you find the right boarding point.

  • 6. Redeem your ticket and start your journey!

    Show your ticket to our sales team at the bus stop or directly on the bus and you will receive your boarding pass as a printout. Once you have redeemed your ticket, your boarding pass is valid for 24/48/72 hours - depending on the option you have booked. You will also receive your ship ticket here. You will find headphones at the entrance to the bus. Now you can choose your favourite seat.

  • 7. transfer to the ship

    After you have redeemed your boat ticket with our service staff, your boat trip can now begin! To do this, you need to change at stop 14 or 16 to the relevant pier. You can find out exactly where this is on the map on our flyer (pdf) .

How do I redeem my boat ticket?

You can get your normal Best of Berlin boarding pass and your boat ticket on our buses! Simply show your ticket, which you received by email, on the bus or to our sales team. Our staff will then issue your boarding pass. 

However, it is particularly important that you first redeem your boarding pass on the bus before you start your boat trip. This cannot be done on the ship itself. 

Where can I change to the boat?

You will find the jetties where you can start your boat tour near stops 14 and 16. You will find more information about the location of the jetty on your boarding pass or on our flyer. 

How long is the boat tour?

You should allow about an hour for the boat trip with our partner Stern & Kreis. So expect a total of 3.5 hours if you want to experience your Best of Berlin Tour and your boat trip in one day. 

At what frequency do the ships depart?

The Stern und Kreis Schifffahrt ships depart from the piers every 30 to 60 minutes during operating hours. You will find the exact departure times on your ticket.

Can I use the boat as often as I like during my tour?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can only take the boat trip once during the validity of your ticket. 

What are the operating times of the ships?

There are different operating times depending on the day of the week:

Mon-Thu + Sun: 11:00 - 16:00

Fr & Sa: 11:00 - 17:30
