1. Buy your ticket

Get your ticket for a city tour now (don't forget your online discount code). The choice is yours: tickets are available with a validity of 24h, 48h and 72h. The ticket only becomes valid when you first board the bus.
2. Get your ticket

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice and your ticket by e-mail.
3. Save or print

Either save your ticket on your mobile phone or print it out.
4. Select start point

Do you have your ticket ready? Great! Select the stop where you want to get on from our stop overview. You can start your tour at any of our 26 stops at any time.
5. Go to start point

Found the ideal stopping point? Perfect! Wait there for the next bus. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to mark our stops with bus stops. However, our yellow-clad sales staff on the street will help you to find the right boarding point.
6. Receive your boarding pass and off you go!

Show your ticket to our sales team or driver on site and receive your boarding pass as a printout. This is now valid for 24h/48h/72h - depending on your choice. You will find headphones at the entrance to the bus. Now you can choose your favourite seat.
7. enjoy the view from the panorama point

Once you have picked up your boarding pass, your City Circle journey can begin! To enjoy the fantastic view from the Kollhoff Tower at Potsdamer Platz, hop off at Stop 7 and present your ticket at the entrance to access Panoramapunkt. You can find more information on your ticket.

Our children’s channel is a special highlight for our youngest guests – and also for their parents. Here, a lively and engaging voice brings the stories to life with plenty of humor and charm, turning every bus ride into a real listening experience. Simply select the KIE channel on the bus and immerse yourself!

Yes, the viewing platform is accessible by lift. However, for safety reasons, a maximum of 3 wheelchair users are allowed on the platform.
